’Di Kaliwete

Here’s something that’s been bugging me for two weeks now. What’s the opposite of “kaliwete,” or the Tagalog for “right-handed”? Is right-handedness so prevalent that we have no native word for it?
“’Di-kaliwete” is not right because it also includes ambidextrous people (another term with no Tagalog equivalent). The most common suggestion I received from people I’ve asked is “kananete,” a logical extension of “kaliwete.” But if I were to coin the word, I like how “kapangkanan” sounds.
So, do you know what’s the Tagalog word for “right-handed”? Or if you were to invent one, what would it be?
